Use of TrueDepth Camera, ARKit & Device Features

Our application uses Apple’s TrueDepth APIs and ARKit technology strictly for identity verification, liveness detection, and regulatory compliance. We do not collect, store, share, or transfer any TrueDepth or face-mapping data.

• TrueDepth Camera & Facial Data Processing
  The TrueDepth system provides depth, facial movement, and facial mapping data. This information is used solely to confirm that the person interacting with the app is a real, live user during onboarding or verification steps.
• All processing of TrueDepth data occurs entirely on your device in real time.
• We do not store, transmit, upload, or retain any TrueDepth data—locally or remotely.
• We do not use facial data for identification, user profiling, advertising, tracking, analytics, or any purpose beyond liveness verification.
• The session activates only when the user initiates a selfie or verification step and ends immediately afterward.
• ARKit for Liveness Detection
  ARKit is used to detect depth, motion, and natural facial responses to confirm that a real person is present. No 3D face mesh, depth map, or orientation data is stored or shared.
• Background Location Access
  Background location is used once during Tier verification to confirm user region and regulatory eligibility. The location is neither stored nor shared and is used only at the precise moment verification occurs.
• All permissions—including camera, TrueDepth, and location—are requested using Apple’s native system prompts and require user consent before activation.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized unless further retention is legally required.

Data Security and Protection

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and third parties who require such information to perform approved functions.
